Pacific Ridge is located at 1587 Pacific Ridge Lane SE in Jefferson, Oregon, in Marion County. The facility sits in the Willamette Valley, roughly 15 miles south of Salem and a short drive off Interstate 5 (exit 244). Oregon’s main north-south corridor, I-5, runs through the valley, which makes the facility reachable from both the Portland metro area to the north and the Eugene area to the south.
The 18-acre property includes a nature trail for walking, a volleyball area, horseshoe pits, and a disc golf course, giving residents space for physical activity and time outdoors during treatment. The facility is set in the hills and valley of the surrounding landscape, away from the immediate triggers and daily stressors of an urban environment.
Pacific Ridge has several resident and treatment buildings on the property. Residents live on-site for the full course of residential treatment, which allows the program to be fully immersive — structured daily schedules, group and individual therapy sessions, meals, and recreational time all happen within the same campus.
For residents traveling to the facility from outside the immediate Salem area, Pacific Ridge is reachable via:
